Community College of Denver offers support programs to help you be successful at CCD in your academics, financial knowledge, and personal wellness.
First-Year Experience (FYE)
The First-Year Experience program ensures a beneficial, worthwhile, and helpful transition into college for first-year students who are starting at CCD.
Denver Scholars Program
The Denver Scholars Program is required for scholarship recipients. Participants in this program are coached to help them be successful college students with the goal of retaining their scholarships.
DSF SEED Program
The DSF SEED Program was built for Denver Scholars who have the desire to transfer to four-year institutions.
Trio Student Support Services (SSS)
TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) provides comprehensive academic, financial, and personal guidance within an active community of students and staff. All TRIO SSS participants are overcoming obstacles to higher education — such as limited income, being the first generation to go to college, or having a disability — en route to graduation and transfer.
