The Care Team
As of Tuesday, March 17th at 5:00 p.m. the Tivoli will be closed until further notice.
The Care Team will continue to work remotely to support our students.
What is the Care Team?
The Care Team was developed with the intention of assessing individuals-of-concern and to ensure that each student has the best support possible. Sometimes there are grey areas when supporting a student in our community, and the Care Team intends to make that process more clear.
Empowered by both the vice president of Enrollment Administration and Student Success and the College president, the Care Team:
- responds to reports regarding individuals-of-concern,
- works with supports, and connects individuals-of-concern to resources as necessary,
- develops preventative identification, education, and response strategies, and
- follows up with individuals-of-concern.
You may be the first to notice concerning behavior or may hold the last clue to preventing a catastrophe. Whether a student has an outburst, is going through personal challenges, or is acting out of character, the Care Team wants to know about it.
