Get your Student ID and Bus Pass early to beat the rush!
Student Photo ID
Your CCD student photo ID is your ticket to services in the various offices around campus. As soon as you are registered for courses, you can get your student ID card by taking your class schedule and a government-issued photo ID to Tivoli Station, located in the Tivoli Student Union, Suite 269, open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Your first ID is free.
If you need a replacement badge, the replacement fee is $30. If your badge is lost or stolen, contact the ID Station right away at 303-556-4296 to deactivate it.
Students can also request their campus ID badge online. To begin, sign in using your student email address on the AHEC payment website. If it is your first time logging in, use your student ID number as your password and follow the prompts to verify your email and create a new password. After logging in, select CCD New Student ID and complete the steps to submit your request.
As part of the online process, you will enter your name and student email address, upload a photo of yourself, and provide a second form of ID for verification. Accepted supporting IDs include a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. Your photo should have a plain background and clearly show your face with no mask, sunglasses, hat, props, or face covering
When requesting your badge online, you can choose to pick it up at the ID Station or have it mailed to you. Mailing is available for an additional $10 fee. At the beginning of each term, online badge requests may take 3–5 business days to process.
