Center for Workforce Initiatives

The Center for Workforce Initiatives (CWI) activates skills-building credentials and robust industry and community partnerships campus-wide. We build programs that meet student, community, faculty, and industry needs through adult education and skills development, technical & non-credit training, and corporate training customized for local employers.

CWI helps students, community members, and job seekers navigate skills-building and workforce development opportunities on campus and across metro Denver. These credentials support personal and professional development.

CWI supports faculty with industry connections, custom training referrals, and direct outreach support for non-credit programming college-wide

CWI helps industry and employers connect with custom workforce training solutions and funding to build the skills of current employees. Staff may also connect employers to pathway faculty and campus-wide work-based learning or internship opportunities to build a talent pipeline.
