Report Your Professional Development

Use These Forms to Report Completed PD

Professional development hours are tracked on an ongoing basis and paid at the end of each semester. In order to ensure proper and timely recording, please submit sign-in sheets and agendas within seven days of an event. 

Monthly reports are sent to chairs for their faculty. Departments and faculty are always welcome to make a special request for a professional development report.

  • Please submit the Meetings and Training Attendance form for workshops, training and meetings.
  • Please submit the Professional Development Report form when you attend a conference on behalf of the Community College of Denver or engage in FLC work on your own. (Development reports can be submitted two weeks before the end of each semester.)
  • The one-on-one meetings with TLC staff are tracked for you.
