Recording Audio Tips ‘n’ Tricks

Learn why audio quality and volume consistency can influence how an audience responds to video with helpful recording tips, tools, and practice including preparing to record, what multimedia recording tools are available and where to record clear sound effects or narration for a digital story.

Get involved with EXCEL Zone's Digital Storytelling program.  Current CCD students can work with faculty regarding their digital storytelling or video course assignment while also receiving support from the EXCEL Zone.  Students who are only interested in applying for the Digital Storytelling $250 scholarship or making a film fest submission can work directly with the EXCEL Zone’s Digital Story Coaches. Join the EXCEL Zone digital storytelling student club called Tales of the C. Lastly, the EXCEL Zone also offers student-facing digital storytelling training support as well as a certificate of completion.
