Creek Cleanup Volunteer Event

Auraria Sustaninable Campus Program is hosting the Creek Clean Up Volunteer event on Friday, April 21st! We are committed to keeping the campus and its surrounding areas clean and litter free and would love for you to join us in our efforts! This event is co-hosted and sponsored by our amazing friends at the One World One Water Center (OWOW). They work towards educating, empowering, and providing solutions for protecting and preserving Colorado water resources!

We will walk to the creek spot from campus and spend a few hours cleaning up a designated section. Waders, gloves, trash grabbers, and trash bags will all be provided. Please bring weather-appropriate clothing, mask, water bottle, snacks, sunblock, and a smile.

This event may be canceled if the weather is not permitting.
