Tai Chi originated in China during the late 16th century. The old ways were not taught in Colorado—until now! This physical exercise benefits all persons—from convalescing individuals to peak athletes to martial artists. It is also a powerful exercise for self-defense.
Beginners: We focus on spine & neck alignment, strengthening hip joints, knees, ankles, rooted balance, improve circulation, and self-regeneration.
Intermediate: We focus on slow forms, fluidity, control, movement while maintaining root/balance, energy circulation, and willpower.
Self-defense: We focus on different technique for self-defense through Tai Chi movement.
