Renter's Rights & Assistance Training

Join CCD Human Services and Colorado Housing Connects for a renter's rights and assistance workshop!

This workshop will introduce you to Colorado Housing Connects, the state's only centralized housing helpline, and the resources it can connect you to for free like rental assistance, eviction prevention services, legal advice, and more. 

Special Guest: Patrick Noonan, Colorado Housing Connects Manager

Patrick Noonan works for the housing nonprofit Brothers Redevelopment. In his five years with the organization, Patrick has been involved in various facets of programming including housing navigation, housing counseling, rental and utility assistance, and landlord recruitment. He currently serves as a program manager overseeing the organization’s Colorado Housing Connects helpline and housing counseling programming. Patrick spent time on the Auraria Campus while earning a Master of Arts degree in Sociology (2018) from the University of Colorado Denver. He focused his studies on the intersection of poverty, inequality, and housing issues.
