Classroom Space Reservation Request

CCD faculty, staff, and approved student organizations are able to request conference and/or classroom space on the Auraria Campus.

Please complete the form below to request classroom space for your upcoming event. Reservation requests are typically processed within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • All conference room requests should be completed through AHEC's new scheduling tool, or contact Abraham Sanchez with questions.
  • Please contact your office manager for academic course scheduling.

Computer Lab Agreement

You have indicated that one or more of the rooms you have requested is a computer lab. Please read the computer lab agreement and sign in the box below to acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy:
