With an excellent average salary (around $95,000 for RNs), plus fantastic job security and satisfaction, nursing is a fantastic profession to get into. The Community College of Denver (CCD) believes that anyone willing to put in the work deserves an opportunity to pursue a fulfilling career in nursing.
At half the cost of in-state universities and with robust financial aid, the majority of our nursing students earn life-changing certificates and degrees and still graduate with $0 in debt. And because nurses are in high-demand, our students earn a return on their college education right away.
From LPNs looking to earn their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to sophomores in high school exploring their options, CCD has a nursing pathway for everyone.

CCD is located on the Auraria Campus in Downtown Denver, making it the only community college in the United States that shares a campus and other resources with two public universities: the University of Colorado Denver, including the Anschutz Medical Campus, and Metropolitan State University. With career pipelines into Denver’s leading healthcare employers and close proximity to Denver’s cultural and recreational scene, there is no better campus to study, work, and play.
