The Colorado Health Careers Collaborative will be hosting an Academy this summer. Learn a little more about the Academy:
The Academy curriculum will be focused on 6 of the fastest-growing health occupations:
Students will gain knowledge of health career opportunities, will become self-aware of their aptitudes and interests, and will obtain direct experience in the industry through virtual and in-person formats.
Students who complete the academy will receive individualized support from our program navigators/advisors to be hired into entry-level positions with our healthcare partners and navigating higher education.
Eligible students may participate free of charge – students who complete the academies will receive $500 deposited into their CollegeInvest account.
The 2023 Academy runs from June 12 through July 28, 2023 (no classes the week of July 3rd)
The academy will take place at CCD or ACC, depending on what school district / community-based organization the student is a part of.
