Transcript Request

Community College of Denver has authorized Parchment to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of your official CCD transcripts. Ordering through Parchment provides you with the ease and convenience of ordering transcripts online!

Transcripts can be released to students with an outstanding financial balance at Community College of Denver, however, any financial holds must be lifted by the Cashier's Office.  If you have any questions, please email the Cashier's Office at BUSINESSOFFICE@CCD.EDU

Note: Unofficial Transcripts will not be available through the E-Transcript format. Students will need to access their CCDConnect account to view/print their unofficial transcript.

A first-time account setup is required.

  1. Left-click the "Order Official Transcripts" button.
  2. Create your account. We recommend that you use a personal email address that you will always have access to (not your CCD student email address).  
  3. Follow the steps to complete the transcript order.

You will be required to provide:

  • Enrollment Status (Currently or Not Currently Enrolled).
  • Name, Birth Date, and last four digits of your Social Security Number.
  • Student ID Number, if known.
  • E-mail Address.
  • Current Mailing Address and Phone Number.

PLEASE NOTE:  AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS IF THE STUDENT INFORMATION IS NOT MATCHING, MISSING, OR IS INACCURATE.  IF YOU NEED TO REACH PARCHMENT ABOUT YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY REACH THEM VIA PHONE AT 1-888-662-0874 OR VIA CHAT.    

If you took classes after Fall of 1986

If you took classes before Fall of 1986

We will need to build your records from previous years (courses from the 1970s thru the 1980s).  Students will need to first place their Parchment order and then allow staff to process the request within 3-5 days.  If you have any questions, please email the Office of Registration & Records at CCD.ORR@CCD.EDU.

Tips

  • If you are not sure of the exact attendance dates, please indicate approximate dates.
  • Once you have completed the setup, you will receive a confirmation email from Parchment.

The cost of a transcript is based on the method of delivery. During the ordering process, you will be able to see the exact charge prior to confirming your order. Transcript pricing became effective on February 9, 2015. 

Payment

  • Transcripts must be paid by credit card at the time of the order.
  • Parchment accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • Your card will be charged when the transcript order has been sent.

Electronic Official Transcripts are sent securely through email and will be available for download by the recipient for seven days before expiring. Please verify that the recipient information you provide is correct before finalizing your order. Unfortunately, CCD will not be able to provide refunds for transcripts that are sent to the wrong recipient email address or for downloads that have been disabled after expiring. Electronic transcripts should be ordered to be sent directly to the intended institution or recipient in order to be considered official.
