Cashier's Office

Cashier's Office

Popularly known as the Cashier’s Office, the Business Office at CCD exists as a point of reference for all your educational and academic payments

Summer Hours: The Cashier's Office will be fully remote every Friday from July 1-July 26, 2024.

Use this information to guide you in the tuition payment process. You can also stop in, call, or email our office with questions regarding deadlines, tuition payments, costs per credit hours, or help using the online cashier.

Please Note Penalties for Late Payments

Starting in the spring term of 2022, CCD will assess late fees on past due accounts. Failure to pay your bill in full or to set up an alternative payment arrangement (NBS Payment Plan, Financial Aid, or Third-Party) by the posted payment deadline will result in a $40 late fee; an additional $10 late fee will be charged each month thereafter.

Your financial aid will automatically pay into the Cashier's Office and you will be refunded the remaining (if any).

The negative balance generally means you should have enough aid to cover your tuition and should not need to set up a payment plan.

Your past-due debt has to be paid in full before you can register for current and future semester’s classes. You cannot use future aid to cover an old debt.

2024-25 Financial Disclaimer: During the 2024-25 academic year, some or all instructional formats may change due to an emergency affecting college operations, public safety, or public health, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Tuition and fees are charged at the beginning of the semester and will remain in place regardless of any changes in instructional format. Tuition and fees will not be refunded in the event the curriculum delivery format changes for any part of the 2024-25 academic year.
