Breach of Student Confidentiality Guideline

The purpose of this guideline is to outline the process that will betaken when Office of Registration & Records, which houses registrar programs and services, becomes aware, or is notified of a breach of confidentiality, in violation of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
