Text Communication Guideline

Community College of Denver (College) knows the importance of communicating with current and potential students. One method the College uses to reach students is through text messaging. The College’s Call Center is the central office for coordinating all texting campaigns targeting current and potential students. Centralization is necessary in order to comply with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) guidelines and in order to create a unified College text marketing message.
