Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal

If you are not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards and have become ineligible for financial aid, this appeal must be submitted in order to request your financial aid to be reinstated.

To submit an SAP Appeal, log in to your Student Forms account and click the purple Manage Requests button in the upper-right corner of the page. Then, click the + (plus sign) button to create a new request. From the list of available forms, select CCCS SAP Appeal for the appropriate financial aid year.

Note for CASFA Students: If you submitted the Colorado Application for State Financial Aid (CASFA), please contact the Financial Aid Office for more information about how Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements may affect your state financial aid eligibility.
