Private Loan Election Form

A student must submit this form to the Financial Aid Office in order to only borrow private loans and not complete the FAFSA. All students are encouraged to complete the FAFSA and apply for federal loans before borrowing private loans. This form must be provided by a Financial Aid Advisor.

The 2026-2027 form applies to Fall 2026, Spring 2026 & Summer 2027.
