Direct Loan Request Form

You may submit this form to the Financial Aid Office if you would like to adjust your loan amount. This form would allow you to increase or decrease your loan to your preference as long as it remains within your eligibility.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REQUEST:

• Fall 2026: November 23, 2026  
• Spring 2027: April 26, 2027
• Summer 2027: July 19, 2027

If you have any questions about your eligibility, the Financial Aid Office will be able assist you. Before submitting the Direct Loan Request Form, please review and answer all questions accurately and completely.
