Dependent Student with No Parental Data Form

When a student's parents refuse to provide their information for the FAFSA and/or do not provide any financial support to the student, the family can submit this form. This process allows the student to borrow an unsubsidized student loan only. This form should be seen as a last resort after all other options have been reviewed with a Financial Aid Advisor.
