Cost of Attendance Adjustment Request

Students who have purchased a computer or who have childcare expenses may complete this form to request an increase in their financial aid budget. Additional funding is not guaranteed.

To submit a Cost of Attendance Appeal, log in to your Student Forms account and click the purple Manage Requests button in the upper-right corner of the page. Then, click the + (plus sign) button to create a new request. From the list of available forms, select Professional Judgement COA Appeal for the appropriate financial aid year.
