Jody S. Thomas

Instructor Jody Thomas has been teaching English composition, humanities, and literature courses at CCD since 2012. Before that, she was a tutor at the Writing Center for three years.

Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Claremont McKenna College and a Master of Arts in Literature from University of Colorado at Denver. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Teaching of English to speakers of other languages from University of Colorado at Denver.

In addition to teaching at CCD, Jody also teaches for the honors department and women’s and gender studies department at CU Denver and at Front Range Community College. Before she was a teacher, she worked in insurance and property management.
