Movie showing of Stand and Deliver, which is a powerful film about perseverance and educational equity in the Latinx community. Alongside the movie, we’ll have traditional desserts and interactive activities like themed keychain making, coloring sheets, and stickers to keep the energy up and encourage students to engage with each other. The lobby will be decorated, and tables will have frames highlighting Latinx ccd members with an inspirational quote.
