Boxing for Empowerment

Step into your power with this dynamic, boxing session designed to build confidence, strength, and community. Led by trained instructors at the CU Denver Wellness Center, this program uses movement as a tool for grounding, stress relief, and personal empowerment. Students are invited to connect with one another, learn new skills, and honor SAAPM through an activity that centers resilience and self‑advocacy. All experience levels are welcome.
