High winds expected tomorrow, 12/17. Red Flag Warning is in effect from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Xcel Energy is planning a likely Public Safety Power Shutoff beginning around 10:00 a.m., which may impact customers in Boulder, Clear Creek, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld counties.
