About Our Program

Warren Buffet, Oprah Winfrey and Bill Gates may have succeeded with hard work and a bit of luck, but they started with the basics. Those basics include accounting, management, marketing, economics, and politics in the global business market — all offered through CCD's business administration program. This program allows you to earn a number of different degrees and certificates. These programs are designed to prepare you for an entry-level position in business or to launch you from a two-year associate degree to transfer to a four-year college or university.

Here at CCD, you'll complete one of four associate degree programs, including business, management, marketing and real estate. With core classes in public speaking, accounting, communication and science, you’ll be on your way to not only furthering your career but also gain valuable skills other candidates will lack.

Academic Support

Academic support is provided through CCD’s Excel Knowledge Zone

It helps students succeed by offering a variety of learning opportunities with three locations on campus:

  • Confluence Building, 4th Floor | The Main Zone
  • Cherry Creek Building, Rooms 205 & 210 | Career & Technical Education (CTE) Zone
  • Science Building, Room 1019 | The Science Zone

Available Online

CCD Online offers fully online certificates and degrees, and individual online courses to help match your busy schedule. This program offers between 70 and 100 percent of its degree either online or through a hybrid program.

Your first step is to see if online learning is right for you. Online and hybrid environments offer much more flexibility but require more self-direction and self-discipline. Certain work habits, learning styles and skills contribute to a successful online or hybrid learning experience.

Financial Aid Eligibility

Most of this program is eligible for federal financial aid. However, the certificate in customer service is not eligible for federal student aid.

Your first step is to connect with the Financial Aid office to discover how you can afford college. Our dedicated staff and support services help you wade through all the legal language and get you past the first hurdle to completing your educational goals.

In addition, CCD has $1,000,000 available in scholarships. Apply at CCD.edu/Scholarships.

Stop by the financial aid office on the first floor of the Confluence Building for help with the federal financial aid application. Walk-in hours are offered every Wednesday from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. in the Confluence Building, room 118.

The business designation associate degree is a guaranteed transfer program.
