Unusual Enrollment History

If you have received financial aid at three or more schools over the past four years, you are required to submit this form and the required attachments in order to be considered for financial aid at Community College of Denver.

An appeal and additional documentation may also be required. Approval to receive financial aid is not guaranteed. If your appeal is denied, you may still attend CCD without the benefit of financial aid for the current year.
