The terms of this contract should be negotiated by the student and faculty member at the outset of the semester. Once agreed upon, the student should fill out Section A and B and sign the form. Students may make a copy of the form for their records. The faculty member keeps the original until the end of the semester.
When the course and the honors project have been successfully completed, the faculty member will sign the form and turn it in to Chase Hart, Honors Coordinator. Please do not submit to the Honors Coordinator until the process is complete. All forms must be filled out completely with signatures to be processed by the Office of Registration & Records.
