COF Waiver Request

COF awards a stipend per credit hour to apply to Colorado residents' tuition bill for up to 145 lifetime credit hours. This waiver request form is used by students who have used up their COF stipend for 145 credit hours and wish to apply for a one-time, one-year waiver.
