Professional Judgment Request
If there has been a reduction of income in a student's family or other financial impacts, there is an opportunity to have their award re-evaluated. The student can submit this form, along with all required documentation, to the Financial Aid Office to formally request that evaluation.
Please Note: For priority review, Professional Judgment requests must be submitted before each semester’s Census Date. No requests will be reviewed after the student has either ceased attendance or the semester is over.
Professional Judgment requests can take up to 3 weeks to review and does not guarantee that additional financial aid can or will be granted.
The 2025-2026 form is for the Fall 2025, Spring & Summer 2026 semesters.
