Fundraising Event Notification

Students representatives of campus clubs or student organizations must notify the Office of Student Life when planning a fundraiser event. Get started with this form or call our office with questions at 303.556.2597.

This form should be completed by advisors on behalf of your organization. Once completed, please return the form to the Office of Student Life no later than three (3) weeks prior to the start of sales.

If your organization does not receive an approval within three (3) business days from date submitted, please contact the student activities coordinator. Fundraising concepts are approved on a first-come, first serve basis; duplicates may not be approved during the same semester.
