All Community College of Denver students have access to Swooper Market Food Pantry located in Tivoli 259. Each student is eligible for 15 items/week and 3 additional items if you bring a reusable bag. The Swooper Market is open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
The Community College of Denver Resource Center provides support to students in crisis. We know that food insecurity is just one symptom of a bigger problem. When students come to our office they get access to he Swooper Market, they can get connected with a case manager for other things like housing insecurity, legal concerns, childcare support, transportation support, and clothing.
Off-campus, the City of Denver and the State of Colorado also offer several services to assist with food needs. Please use these resources to contact local food banks.
