Nicholas Morris is an assistant professor of humanities and literature for CCD. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in creative writing from Arkansas Tech University and a Master of Fine Arts in writing and poetics from Naropa University. For the past five years, he has been teaching humanities, literature, and English at CCD. He is also an advisor for the PTK honor society.

Prior to joining CCD, he taught as Front Range Community College and before that his background has varied, from working in restaurants, construction, retail, marketing, maintenance, the oil industry, and a plastics factory.

He enjoys writing and performing his work, playing and listening to music, watching football and movies with friends, and camping with his partner.
