Marta L. Brown

Since 2004, Marta Brown has been a professor at CCD, teaching Advanced Academic Achievement and College Composition and Reading. She started teaching part-time at CCD as an adjunct, where she ESL classes in the evenings at one of the branch campuses before becoming a full-time professor. Marta holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts.

Prior to joining CCD, Marta owned a gymnastics and fitness facility for 20 years. She speaks Spanish, owns two horses and a dog and enjoys biking, walking, and reading.
