Temporary Change to Remote Operations At Auraria Campus
- Advanced Manufacturing Center: Manufacturing Students Only. In Person on Wednesdays | 8am-5pm
- Lowry Campus: Health Sciences Students Only. In Person Monday-Wednesday, May 6-8 | 8am-5pm
- Auraria Campus: All Students. Our physical office and front desk are closed at this time for a temporary campus-wide shift to remote operations.
- Virtual/Zoom Drop-In: Monday through Friday 10:30am-1pm | Wednesday 5-6pm | Virtual Front Desk in Zoom
- No In Person Drop-In or Appointments are available at this time. Check your email for an update regarding upcoming appointment changes from in-person to virtual.
- Look for a site-wide announcement when we will resume in person operations.

Appointments:
Offered to students September through December and February through July. Please schedule through Navigate or call our office. We have limited appointment availability in January and August, moving to a drop-in model for quick advising during last minute registration.
Drop-In Help for Quick Assistance with the First Available Advisor:
In Person: For quick questions without an appointment. First come, first served. Located at the Academic Advising Front Desk at Confluence Building, 800 Curtis St., Room 123
- Regular Hours in February through July and September through December:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays | 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays | 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Expanded Hours in January and August.

Virtual Front Desk: Drop into a virtual group chat with an Advisor.

E-Advising: Get answers to general questions via email from the first available advisor. Please allow two to three business days for a reply.
