We understand being excellent takes a lot of work and excellence in motion can be overwhelming. In honor of the many women who came before us, we are celebrating Women’s History Month with some engaging self-care activities and empowering speakers designed to motivate and assist with de-stressing, centering, and refocusing on demonstrating excellence in motion.
