Benefits of Attending the Tai Chi Workshops
Tai Chi originated in China during the late 16th century. The old ways were not taught in Colorado—until now! This physical exercise benefits all persons—from convalescing individuals to peak athletes to martial artists. Our students have reported recovery from neck, spine, knee injuries, & nerve damage. It is also a powerful exercise for self-defense.

- Practice self-defense movements and hands-on demonstration
Beginners: We focus on spine & neck alignment, strengthening hip joints, knees, ankles, rooted balance, improve circulation, & self-regeneration.
Intermediate: We focus on slow forms, fluidity, control, movement while maintaining root/balance, energy circulation, & willpower.
Self-defense: We focus on different technique for self-defense through Tai Chi movement.
