I Am Black History | Bridge Speaker

Celebrate Black History!

The Bridge Speaker is an annual event and tradition dedicated to merging Black History Month and Women's History Month, featuring an African-American woman and scholar. The Bridge Event is combined with the Rachel B. Noel Visiting Professorship, which is in its 39th year. The Bridge Speaker will be Joy-Ann Reid, an American cable television host and a political analyst for MSNBC.

All month long we're celebrating the contributions of African Americans throughout history. Check out the various events hosted on campus.
