This workshop will help you manage your stress levels and offer tools to tackle stress on a daily basis. Learn about a mind-body approach to life that helps you pay attention to your stress levels and increases awareness. Relax and experience techniques that reduce stress and aid in a sense of wellbeing. Offered by Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver and the University of Colorado Denver.
