Strengthening Working Families Initiative Grant

Community College of Denver is working to help parents and guardians who are eager to complete a certificate and start working in a high-demand field.

The Strengthening Working Families Initiative's primary focus is to give parents the support they need to become certified employees and find employment. A designated achievement coach and career coach help parents who are balancing life, work, and school, while planning ahead for a satisfying career. Our program provides gap funding around the barriers and obstacles you face as a parent.
