International Student Affidavit of Financial Support

CCD requires that applicants seeking admission to the College under student (f1) visas have adequate financial resources to provide for their educational, living, and personal expenses for at least one academic year. Proof of funds is required by each student. Please read and complete this form before submitting to the Admissions, Registration & Records office with your application.
