Robert L. Padilla
Robert Padilla is a professor in the psychology program teaching Psychology 101 and 102. He worked for CCD from 1972-1983, then taught at Arapahoe Community College as an academic and career advisor and instructor. He rejoined CCD in 2003. Robert holds a master’s degree in psychology, guidance and counseling. While completing his degrees, he worked as a photographer and film editor at KOA TV. He loves teaching and aims to teach not only about psychology but also about life.
He has a daughter and considering getting a pet. In his spare time, he dabbles in music promotions. He opened a nightclub called Santana’s in Thornton, Colorado, where they had big national acts appearing on Friday and Saturday nights. In 1994, it was voted one of the 300 hottest nightclubs in the US by Details Magazine. His promotional company, Brother's Productions, sponsored and produced BB King at Red Rocks in the summer of 1977.
