SPARC Food Pantry

All Community College of Denver students have access to SPARC Food Pantry located in Tivoli 260. Each student is eligible for 15 items/week plus 3 additional items for every member of your home you share meals with, and 3 additional items if you bring a reusable bag. SPARC Food Pantry is open Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm and Fridays 9:30am-4pm.

The Community College of Denver SPARC Human Services Office provides support to students in crisis. We know that food insecurity is just one symptom of a bigger problem. When students come to our office they get access to our food pantry, they can get connected with a case manager for things other things like housing insecurity, legal concerns, childcare support, transportation support, and clothing.

Lowry Campus Food Pantry

The Community College of Denver Lowry Campus, in partnership with Foodbank of the Rockies (FBR) Mobile Food Pantry, distributes pre-made grocery boxes once a month for all Cityhawks. Students, faculty, & staff can drive through or walk up to pick up your free grocery box.

Snack Stop

Because of our incredible community partnerships with area food banks, we now also have Snack Stops across campus. If you need a quick snack (pretzels, chips, cookies, etc.) to hold you over between classes, simply stop by any of our Snack Stop locations. Students are encouraged to limit themselves to two items per day so everyone may have a snack.
