How to Obtain Your Student ID

As part of our COVID-19 safety measures, all students, faculty, and staff are now required to have an identification card (ID) when they visit Community College of Denver (CCD) locations.  

Students are encouraged to obtain their ID prior to the start of classes to avoid the rush. Tivoli Station is providing two ways to get your campus ID: online photo submission or in-person.  

NEW! Online Photo Submission 

Complete the online form. 

You will receive a message in your student email with instructions on how to submit a photo of yourself to the Tivoli Station portal. If the photo is approved, you will receive a “pickup ID email.” Please allow one business day for processing. If your photo does not meet the ID guidelines, you can upload a new photo, or come to the Tivoli Station in person to have a photo taken. 

New Students: you will receive an email with instructions to submit a photo to the Tivoli Station (The Auraria Bookstore) portal.   

Pick Up Your ID  

When picking up your ID card, please bring the following: 

  • A government-issued identification card (ID), and 
  • A copy of your fall schedule 

Student ID’s will be distributed in the Spruce parking lot west of the Tivoli. 

  • Monday, August 10th – Saturday, August 15th |  10:00 a.m.– 3:00 p.m. | AHEC tent 
  • Monday, August 17th – Thursday, August 20th | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. | CCD Student Life Tent 

In-Person ID Card Creation 

  1. Stop by the Tivoli Station Monday - Friday any time between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to have a photo taken for your ID.  
  2. Please bring the following: 
    • A government-issued identification card (ID), and 
    • A copy of your fall schedule
