Instructions to Connect to CCD Wi-Fi

CCD Students may use these instructions to connect personal devices to the CCD-NET Wi-Fi for Internet access.

 

 

 

  1. Go to Settings – Internet / Network.
  2. Connect device to CCD-NET.
  3. Enter your S-Number and computer password.
    Password is the same as your computer login.
  4. Accept certificates if prompted.
  1. Click the WIFI menu extra in the menu bar, then choose CCD-NET.
  2. Enter your S-Number and computer password. NOTE: Your password is the same as your CCD computer login.
  3. Check the “remember this network” box.
  4. The first time you connect, you will be prompted to accept the SSL certificate from CCD-NET.
    • Click show certificate.
    • Click always trust.
    • Click continue.
    • Enter your S-Number and computer password again.
  5. Click update settings.
  1. Click the WiFi icon in bottom right corner.
  2. Select CCD-NET from pop-up list.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Enter your S-Number and computer password. NOTE: Your password is the same as your computer login.
  5. You will see a box asking if you wish to continue connecting, choose Connect.
    NOTE: You should only be prompted by this box the first time when connecting to this network.

Guest Connection

On the Auraria Campus, login to "CCD-Guest" Network in the Cherry Creek, Confluence, Bear Creek, and Clear Creek buildings.

Other Options

There are three additional free Wi-Fi networks across campus, depending on the building where you are located:

  • Auraria-Guest
  • CU Denver Guest
  • MSUDenver-Guest

You may need to open a browser to accept the terms and conditions to join the guest network.
