Helpful Tips

What can you do to come out of quarantine ahead and not behind?

  1. Use this time to think ahead! Have you wanted to explore different career choices, exercise types or learn new things? Why not use this time to put your thoughts into actions.
  2. Despite all of the uncertainty that is going on in our world, stop and think about what you’re grateful for. Start a journal, meditate or even keep a “What I am grateful for” or “Happiness” jar.  Get creative and spread positive energy around you instead of anxiety and fear. Small attitude changes can go a long way!
  3. Remember you’re not alone! Don’t be afraid to reach out to family, friends, co-workers, etc. when you are feeling alone, scared or unsure! These along with many other feelings are normal and we all will go through them during one point or another.
