Fall 2020 COVID Update

CityHawks,

COVID-19 cases are on the rise in Denver and out of an abundance of caution, and for the safety of our campus community, CCD is in the process of transitioning to remote delivery of academic learning and student services wherever possible until the end of the semester.

Please be sure to check your Desire2Learn (D2L) course shell and/or contact your instructor for information regarding how the move to remote delivery will affect your course. A limited number of courses will maintain in-person delivery in order to allow students to demonstrate course competencies needed to successfully complete the course. These courses are largely in our health sciences and advanced manufacturing programs.

We understand that COVID-19 may have created  unexpected roadblocks for you.  CCD has outlined frequently asked questions and resources to help you make the best  decisions regarding  your fall 2020 course grade outcomes. Visit ccd.edu/FallFAQs for more information.

And remember, all our services remain available remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If you have questions or need help, CCD’s Call Center is available to support you during those same hours by phone or text at 303.556.2600.

Thank you for your patience during this challenging time. The health and safety of our campus communities is our priority, and we want to keep everyone safe and healthy!

Everette J. Freeman
President
