The Center for Math & Science offers free tutoring at the STEM Resource Office in Science Building room SI 1019 and Confluence 4th floor during the fall and spring semesters.

Tutoring Center

The Tutoring Center (Confluence Building, 4th floor) offers free tutoring in reading, writing, math, English as a second language, study skills, time management, test taking strategies, note taking strategies, and other areas.

The University of Colorado Denver offers free tutoring (CCD students are welcome) at their Learning Resources Center.

MAT 093 Algebra Lab | A Support Class for College Algebra & Finite Mathematics!

This is a one credit course that offers all the support you will need to successfully complete MAT 121 (College Algebra) or MAT 123 (Finite Mathematics). It is taught by current MAT 121 and MAT 123 instructors and is designed to help you review and approve your prerequisite skills needed for success. You will also show improvement in learning strategies that would lead to persistence and success by identifying academic support resources, engaging in appropriate math learning and testing strategies while developing effective use of calculators and other appropriate technology. Starting Fall 2015, Mat 093 will be offered as a one-credit support class for most College Algebra and Finite Mathematics classes.
