Step 1. Enroll in CCD

If you haven’t done so yet, you must be a current CCD student to enroll in this program. The CCD application is free.

Admission to the College does not guarantee admission to the MR program. Admission to the MR program is dependent upon clinical site availability and fulfillment of the other program admission requirements.

Step 2. Submit the Appropriate Paperwork

Admission to the program is determined after your application packet is evaluated for completeness, prior hospital experience, resume, and interview.

The following items must be included in the application packets. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns.

Step 3. Complete a Background Check (BGC) and Drug Screen

  • Please do not begin the BGC and drug screen process until instructed to do so by the program coordinator.
  • Regardless of a previous employment background check (BGC) and drug screen, a new one must be initiated through Castle Branch.
  • There is a non-refundable fee of $63.00.
  • Once accepted into the program, you must submit a receipt for the background check and drug-screening process.

Read, sign, and print the CCD Informed Consent for Background Check and include it in your application packet.
