IC3 Digital Literacy Certification Prep

The IC3 certification (Internet Core Competency Certification) is a global benchmark for fundamental computer literacy showing you how to succeed in any environment that requires the use of computers, devices, or the Internet. Covering the fundamentals of the Internet, Windows 10 and Office 2016, you will learn concepts and skills that apply to almost any school or career pathway.

A+ Certification Prep

Start your IT career on the right foot with CompTIA A+ certification training. Earning A+ certification demonstrates that you possess the skills necessary to support enterprise IT infrastructures. You’ll gain foundational knowledge of today’s most relevant technologies, so you can confidently conduct the tasks necessary to maintain your organization’s IT environment. In addition to preparing for the CompTIA A+ Essentials (220-901) and Practical Application (220-902) exams — required for CompTIA A+ Certification — this training provides the skills to install, configure and optimize personal computer hardware and operating systems.

Facilitator | Chris Bohnsak 

Chris Bohnsak is MOS certified in Word, Excel and Outlook. She has been teaching technology for more than 20 years at the community college level and within corporate America. As a corporate trainer, she has held classes for companies in Microsoft Office applications, including Barilla Group, Abbott Laboratories, and Kraft Foods. Chris was also involved in Prentice Hall’s launch of Office 2013 instructor material, where she developed supplemental exercises and instructor’s solution guides.

Chris holds an MBA with a concentration in information systems from Roosevelt University. Her undergraduate degree is in business education from Northern Illinois University.
